Assembly Rooms
Church Approach

The Assembly Rooms were built in the 17th century to accommodate the Courts of Brodhul (Brotherhood) and Guestling of the Cinque Ports, which previously met in St Nicholas' Church.

During the 20th century the Assembly Rooms have been used for social functions, society meetings and as a polling station. They also housed a cinema for a period.

At the north-west end is an old school room which is dated 1676.
