Here is a great restored 1957 Isetta owned by Don Geiger in Newberry, FL USA.
What a great paint job!
Well if like me you're wondering what this is..
it's a Fuldamobil owned by Mikael Dahlin in Sorunda, Sweden.
Weird or What?
This is David Lloyd's finished Isetta 300.
Below that is his newest one, a 600.
I`m Jealous!
This is John Weninger's Isetta.
He bought the car for $5000 and goes on to say:
There aren't many Isettas
in Australia. I am told that officially only 12 were imported into the
country as a case study, and the result of that was that they decided not
to bring anymore into Australia.
The original owner of my Isetta drove her until 1969 when he took her off the road and stored her in his shed. The owner passed away 4 years ago and then the 2 sons tried to 'restore' her....and I use the term restore with a hint of sarcasm. They painted her with an aerosol spray can....the car used to be light blue in colour. They decided the sunroof had to go so they spot welded in a sheet of steel where the sunroof used to be, and they lost they seat upholstery. Thats the worst of it. I think it will be an easy restoration as there is no rust in the car and relatively minor body damage.
This is Hilmi Kusdogan`s Nobel 200.

Hilmi Kusdogan lives in Turkey. It's a 1961 Nobel 200, and as you can see it is in great condition and Hilmi is open to offers. Yes, it`s for sale..
These are part of Don Manning`s micro car collection.
Living in Springfield Ohio, Don's collection of micro cars starts with (left) a 1957 Isetta 300 s/w in two tone brown, the picture was taken in 1975 and the car is driven frequently, Don says it needs to be restored again. (middle) This is a 1982 Freeway in red it's in very good original condition and has only done 1800 miles. Features include a radio, heater and a top speed of around 60 mph although I am told that 45-50 mph is safer due to the light steering. (right) An excellent example of a 1958 300 s/w delux Isetta 300 in porche green.
This is Mat`s fathers Isetta.
Mat has been looking for an Isetta for the last two years off and on. He is a student at Portsmouth university and would like an Isetta that is nearly a basket case to restore. He has restored a couple of midgets and a few other classic cars.
As you can see from the picture his father had an Isetta when he was a kid some 25 years ago and he has always wanted one. Please help him if you can in locating one, any help would be gratefully received.
It makes you want to cry! :(
Robert Grounds took this photo in a scrap yard in Birmingham 10 years ago, The owner of the yard said that there was a problem with the title to the car so he could not release it for sale. The next time Robert passed the yard, the car had gone.
I wonder if anyone purchased this car? Was it ever restored? If you can thow any light on this sad example then get in contact with me.
The Mad Welshman!
This is Paul Rossiter's (the Mad Welshmans) 1959 BMW 600 Isetta with 1962 Travelette Weekender folding microcaravan on tow.
Paul has his own site at: http://www.coinworld.demon.co.uk/microcar , well worth a view.
This Isetta is owned by Ernesto M. Parodi who lives in Caseros, Buenos Aires, Republica Argentina.
It is in the early stages of restoration. These pictures shows the vehicle as of June 27th, 1998.
Keep an eye on these pages for more pictures during the restoration process.
He bought it on June 20, 1998, and he stresses it is NOT FOR SALE.
It cost him 1200 US Dollars, and came with all the documents.
It is a 4-wheeler, left-handed drive, 300 - USA sliding window model, built in 1958, chassis and engine number 574700.
The body is in good general condition and he intendes to paint it white + light yellow.
Some parts of the floor were severely rusted, but they have been repaired with replacement steel sheet.

This Isetta is owned by Liebrecht Fick who lives in South Africa.
He says; It is a 1958 model and is still in a good condition . There are still a few Isettas running in South Africa.

The car has a 2 stroke, oil injected 3 cylinder engine (engine has only 7 moving parts!), front wheel drive with inboard drum brakes.
The engine is watercooled using a thermosyphon system (without a water pump!).
I found it on eBay while searching for parts for my 1980 Audi 5000S - the photo was taken in Pennsylvania when I went on a road trip to pick it up.
It lacks front seats and the tire iron in the trunk, but is otherwise complete.
I am presently in the process of converting dull parts with surface rust to shiny painted parts in my garage (the Audi must stay out for a while) and expect to have it on the road in the next couple of years.
