Benula was built around 1900 and retains many of the original features from that time. However it has been recently upgraded to modern standards. The accommodation comprises:

 

Ground floor

- hall with staircase,

- large lounge with open fire and windows to SE and SW,

- dining room with decorative fireplace and windows to SE and NE,

- large kitchen and rear utility room

- study/family room with use of sofabed on request

Mezzanine floor

- bathroom with WC, separate WC,

1st Floor

 

- one double bedroom with en-suite shower room

 

- two twin bedrooms,

- one small single bedroom,

 

Heating by electricity is included in the rental and coal is provided.

 

Domestic facilities include microwave, washing machine and dishwasher,
