HMS Clan McNaughton was a armed merchant merchant cruiser.

She was lost, 3rd February 1915, in storms, presumably mined, off Northern Ireland with the loss of all 261 on board.

Some wrekage was later found at her last reported position but none could be identified as belonging to her.
