Little Ground, Nether Wasdale, Cumberland.

This is where the "family" started and where Jane died in 1821.

The farm was left to Jane in trust until her daughter Betty reached the age of 21.

Little Bridge, Ennerdale, Cumberland.

This is where Jane Hodgson was born and lived until her marriage to Matthew Mossop.

Ribton Moorside, Hensingham, Cumberland.

It was in this Street that William Mossop (1803-1879) lived for most of his life.

The top of the grass bank in the distance is the old St Johns Churchyard where his son Isaac's children William and Ellen are buried.

Dalzell Street, Moor Row, Cumberland.

It was in this Street that Isaac Mossop (1829-1883) started his Grocery business in No7 & started what I have called the Moor Row Mossops.

The Street was also home for a number of his children and relations.
