| During the 2nd season of Space 1999 the Grab Arm was occasionally used for collecting space items or refueling other Eagles. |

Mostly built from brass tubing although the two big horizontal pipes on the left are steel - or have steel inside them. The top grab pivots up and down by pulling on a control wire. The unit simply drops into a hole drilled into the Eagle shoulder pod. |
