We have a beautiful large 3 double bedroom house 10 mintues to the cricket grounds and city centre by bus/taxi car. We live within a 2 minute walk to shops and bus stop we also have a new sports centre wiyhin a few minutes walk so dont forget your swimming costume.We have 2 and a half bathrooms one of which has a en suite with a state of the art shower this house is of a great standard.Each bedroom has a LCD TV,smoke alarms.We have 3 large rooms down stairs with LCD Tvs one of which is 50inches and sound surround and a nintendo wii.One of the downstairs rooms is a large breakfast room which looks out onto the garden with a bar-d-que area and 2 decking areas. We have a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons dishwasher,waste disposal,tv,washing machine and a small breakfast area.We have a large front for 3-4 cars enclosed with a 6 ft wall and gates with secruity camermas. We have a alarm system.If you want to bring your laptop we have wireless internet.The house has full central heating and mobile air con units in 3 rooms. You will not be dissapointed with this house,so please book ASAP as it will not be around for long.I will require refrences and a non refundable deposit on booking. If you require any more photos please let me know. If you require a cleaner for a extra charge please let me know.
Just a brief note to ask if you could pass on our thanks to Claudette and Andrea for opening their homes up for us at the weekend. Both very gracious hosts and we had a fantastic time - would fully recommend cardiffrooms to any friends in the future!
