Q1) How do you vet your cleaning staff ?
Below is our procedure: 2 written references which we carefully check Proof of address Identification Next of kin details Permission to do domestic cleaning in England & Wales CRB Police Checks Are able to speak/understand English Only when we are satisfied, will the cleaner be put in to a persons home and it will be with an experienced cleaner at first. Q2) Do I have to be home to let the cleaner in to the property ? No, We have a key security policy where the cleaner takes full responsibility are given keys to your property and are forbidden to put any labels on keys that may reveal which home the keys belong to. Click HERE to view our security form. Q3) Will I have the same cleaner everytime ? Yes, we will try our best but in the event of sickness you will be given the choice of a replacement cleaner Q4) What is the minimum time a clean can be done ? A) The minimum is 2 hours A visit which is less than 2 hours we find is not enough time to clean a home well. Also it is not economical for the cleaner taking in to consideration travelling and other things that come up with the job. Q5) Am I able to have a meeting beforehand ? A) Yes, this is one of our strict policies to meet the client beforehand, so we are able to discuss your general requirements and that you fully understand everything and you get the best out of our service. Q6) I have never had a cleaner before ? A) Please be assured that we offer the best possible service to our customers and any queries or concerns you may have will discussed in your first initial meeting. Q7) What if I cancel ? A) We ask for at least two days notice, as less does not give us enough time to find our cleaners other work and we still have to pay them. Q8) How do I pay the cleaner ? A ) The cleaner is paid direct at the end of each clean, if you are not at home please leave the money in a place that has been agreed upon. Q9) Can the cleaner do extra work other than originally agreed ? A) We try to be as flexible as possible but this will need to be discussed/agreed with cleaner and notice given for the extra requirements.
