Front Cover

The Cover The cover of Anthology 3 shows most of the Let It Be front cover, and indeed Ringo, John and George can all be seen from that cover. However, the photo of Paul has been covered up by an earlier picture of him from the Rubber Soul front cover. Why has the later Paul been 'covered up' as it were by a pre-death Photo? Not only this, but the 'Rubber Soul' picture of Paul has a split running right down the top of his head. A symbolism of the head injuries and decapitation?

The Remains Another odd little thing of interest of this front cover is of the small section of the Sgt. Peppers cover that can be seen on the far left. Although it's a thin strip the 'grave' is shown, but more interestingly is at the bottom over where the grave should be is the word 'remains'. Is this telling us that this was indeed a grave scene and that there were 'remains' inside? It's also interesting how this tear is shaped like a scythe.
