1967 Xmas Flexi Disc

It's An Emergency
There's an interesting sound clip on the 1967 Christmas flexi-disc that the Beatles had sent out to all of their fans near Christmas time. Approximately 3 minutes 50 seconds into the jovial recording the mood turns a little sinister. Here's a transcript of what happens next.

Ringo: Theatre hour is brought to you tonight from the arms of someone new.

** Phone rings twice **

Operator (Sounds like George): Hello, I'm speaking from a callbo.....

Ringo (sounding horried and worried): Hello? Hello, operator? Hello? Operator? I've been cut off! Have ya, I've been c... it's an emergency!

** Dramatic music **

Ringo (singing): O-U-T spells out.

Then it cuts back into the main song.

Firstly, who could Ringo be introducing to us? Could it be William who at the time was the new member of the group? Then we hear a phonecall being made to what could be the emergency services. For some reason the person who takes the call is quickly manhandled and silenced - possibly the emergency center operator who took the call on that November morning, and how they were silenced? Then, with the sound of traffic in the background we here a worried sounding Ringo saying that he's phoning up because of an emergency. Finally, just before this particular section closes Ringo sings O-U-T spells 'out'. Who is 'out'? Is it the person who needed the emergency services to come and save their life?

Was this scene created because of the conspiracy? Was it a symbolic reference to one of the people in the crowd who phoned the emergency services from a callbox when McCartney crashed his car?
