Let It Be

Two Of Us
"Two of us riding nowhere."
Remember in 'She Came in Through the Bathroom Window' where Paul sang 'Yellow lorry slow nowhere to go.' Perhaps this is the nowhere being referred to here?

Dig A Pony
"Well you can imitate anyone you know."
Who can imitate anyone they know? William?

Let It Be
"I woke up to the sound of music, mother Mary comes to me."
Could this be Paul awaking in heaven and being greeted with heavenly music with his mother (who had passed on when he was a teenager) welcoming him?

"Let it be, let it be. Let it be, let it be..."
If the chorus to this song is played backwards you can quite clearly heard Paul singing "He's dead" over and over. It's almost like he's saying "He's dead, let it be!", as if telling us to get over it.

I've Got a Feeling
"All these years I've been wandering around wondering how come nobody told me. All that I was looking for was somebody who looked like you."
It looks like this line is coming from two viewpoints. Firstly, it could be from the fans who're wondering why they weren't told of Paul's death. Secondly it shifts to the viewpoint of somebody looking for a double of someone. This is the second instance on this album of a lyric that tells of a person looking for and impersonating somebody. was this intentional?

The Long and Winding Road
"Has left a pool of tears crying for the day."
Could this be the group and their grief for the day of the fatal accident?

Get Back
"Get back! Get back! Get back to where you once belonged."
If this line is played backwards Paul is heard to be singing "Help me! Help me! I need some wheels!". 'wheels' is slang in the UK for a car so why is Paul seemingly looking for a new one? Is it possibly because his last one was written off in the smash?
