Yellow Submarine
"Paul's
a queer! Paul's a queer!."
During the instrumental John can be heard in the background
shouting something that sounds a lot like "Paul's a
queer! Paul's a queer!". Could this have been the start
of the possible homosexual smear campaign that was continued
on the front cover of Sgt. Peppers?
"Sky
of blue and sea of green in the land of submarines."
Sea of green? If looked at crypticly, could the sea of green
be referring to a field? But why the reference to a 'land
of submarines'. Perhaps, like the cover of the Yellow Submarine
LP, the submarine is symbolising a coffin, thus the sea
of green is a cemetary and the land of submarines are the
coffins buried in it?
Only a Northern Song
"When you're listerning late
at night. You may think the band are not quite right. But
they are, they just play it like that."
Is this telling us that we have more chance of finding the
clues when we're tired? Perhaps it's saying that because
we're tired we're putting unintentional meanings to innocent
occurances.
All You Need is Love
"Nothing you can say but
you can learn how to play the game."
Is the whole conspiracy a game? Have the clues been put
in specifially for the clue hunters to search for, most
finds win? Perhaps this is what they couldn't tell us? Either
that, or they're now treating Paul's death and cover up
like a game to see how long they could last before someone
twigged?
"Nothing
you can do but you can learn how to be you in time."
John talking to William? There's nothing William can do
but can learn how to become an utterly convining Paul in
time?
"Yes
he's dead. We loved you yeah, yeah, yeah. Loved you yeah,
yeah, yeah."
Right towards the end of the song John suddenly sings "Yes
he's dead". Is John confirming was he suspect? After
this, the group then start to sing She's Loves You, but
in a past tence and from them to an individual. Who are
they saying they loved? The guy John just confirmed as dead?
All Together Now
"All
together now. All together now. All together now. All together
now."
If the chorus is played backwards it appears to be saying
'I buried Paul' over and over. Why would this be told to
us, especially after the public downplaying of the phrase
in Strawberry Fields?
