New UK Currency!

Watching the PMs question time prior to Mr Darling’s budget delivery on 22nd April, I was appalled to hear the Speaker, Michael Martin, instruct some noisy MPs to “Pack it in!”

Is “Pack it in!” now considered appropriate terminology for the august and historic entity of “Speaker of the House” to be using?

I was further appalled by a lady Labour MP who then got up and, sporting her local football team  scarf, asked the PM to join her in congratulating said team on a recent win!
The country is bankrupt, schools and hospitals are failing (not to mention banks) and this is the standard of Parliamentary debate we get?

I know I’m old. I know it’s in the nature of the beast to bemoan the deterioration of the society in which they grew up but, c’mon, “Pack it in!” and waving your team scarf in Parliament as your country goes down the drain seems to tell me all I need to know about the standard of politician we currently “enjoy”.

Talk About Dumbing-down!
The picture opposite shows the new UK currency, the ‘Pound of Brown’.
Our great leader and international currency Guru has learned on his visits to Africa how valuable poo can be. For many people, dried poo is their only source of fuel  and  poo is essential for fertilising their fields. In fact, in some of the more impoverished countries, poo has become a form of currency and - it’s inflation proof!
What more could the UK want? A currency based on a commodity of constant supply, a currency which is inflation proof and a currency which by its very nature will enshrine his name among the great leaders of the world forever.
142857 is an intriguing number. When multiplied by any number from 1 to 6, the digits always appear in the same order, but the starting number will change. Check the math yourself:
142857 x 1 = 142857
142857 x 2 = 285714
142857 x 3 = 428571
142857 x 4 = 571428
142857 x 5 = 714285
142857 x 6 = 857142

That explains the universe. Now multiply 142857 by 7 and be amazed!
