Background information for the season 2007/8

Situated in the heart of this quaint Cornish smuggling village and within 50 yards of the beach, Lynton Cottage has been renovated and is maintained to a very high standard of comfort and convenience.

The accommodation, which sleeps 4/6, consists of:

Entrance hall, leading to open plan family kitchen, with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, washing m/c & tumble dryer.

Open plan family Dining room and lounge with double sofa bed, TV, Video etc.

Stairs to first floor with bathroom, offering bath, shower and toilet

Large, double bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV

Large, twin-bedded room with wardrobe and chests of drawers

Modern travel cot/playpen available on request

There are central heating radiators throughout the property, making it ideal for out of season use.

There is space for parking a car/boat in the front yard, and ample storage in the rear yard for beach gear.

Linen and towels are included in the weekly charge – but swimming/beach towels are not provided.
