YEAR 2002

In 2002 Leighton competed in only half of the Neweramcc club championship rounds on board the 12 year old RGV250M. The newly formed team managed an overall 10th in the Formula 400 championship and 3rd overall in the FRM challenge championship. We competed on an RGV250M, of which was utilised as our spare bike for the year 2003 and then on to 2004.

A debut season that started with a 2nd place in Leighton’s very first F400 club race at Cadwell Park. The team were using this year to establish how competitive they would be before investing in more competitive and expensive machinery (the RGV250V).
