Here you will find photographs copied from the official Central Independent Television photo library which are now stored in the fan club vaults. These photos from Central, in many cases have not been used in publications - others have not been seen for many years. We have also a small collection of photos which have been donated from other sources, such as private collectors, ex-staff and fans.

Some images have also come from the Central stored document archive, which contains press releases and publications made in association with the TV series, such as TV World. With thanks also to ITV Archive for their continued support of the fan club.

The Photos

The images are for personal use only. If you intend to use any of the images you will have to in the main need to seek copyright clearance from ITV Archive.

Our black and white photo collection has recently been used by Granada Ventures and Network DVD for the Crossroads 'volumes' (photos used inside the DVD sleeves and on the DVDs themselves are all from the fan club archive.)

Accessing The Archive

Because hosting the website is funded by Crossroads Appreciation Society team members, the images are not to a very large size - this saves expensive bandwidth. All galleries are now open to the public.
