The Glasson Golf Course and Country Club is situated in Athlone. It has an 18 hole golf course with practice ground, putting and chipping greens. Full golf equipment is available for hire. Golf buggies, caddy cars and caddies are available on request. The 14th hole is regarded as one of the most spectacular new holes in the world of golf, whilst the ninth overlooks the beautiful Lough Ree.

Well placed for golf facilities, stunning beautiful rural surroundings, very peaceful, great Irish hospitality. Very clean and well-equipped property, with lovely views of the Irish countryside. Thoroughly recommend it. Great place to stay.

Golf nearby at Althone and Glasson - the courses were amazing and the welcome we received was outstanding. First class courses at affordable prices.
