Warhammer 40,000 - The Future is War!

Wars rage over airless moons, in the dark, twisted depths of hive worlds and in the cold wastes between stars. From the immaterial realm of warp space, malicious entities send their unspeakable minions to slaughter the Emperor's chosen. Warhammer 40,000 is, without a doubt, the most popular game down the club, regularly holding ladder competitions, tournaments, and large all-day events. Almost all of the members own a 40k army or two. It's a good starting point for Wargaming and has been going for years, in fact, some members still like to play with the old rules, using war gear cards and all ("those were the days!")
