Bone DryTM Dog Coats TroverR Bone DryTM Coats are made from Looper Fleece, a light and easy to wash material, which swiftly wicks away the water from the dog.. The coats have a three point anchoring system. A neck opening and cuffs for the rear legs which means it does not slip and there is no tight underbelly strap to cause discomfort or become dislodged. Because the coat dries the dog so well, your house (and car) will be kept clean, the dog will be less prone to arthritis and the dog's coat will be kept smooth before shows. The coat helps dogs with skin conditions by comforting them and reducing scratching. In hot weather it can be dipped in cold water to keep the dog cool. The manufacturers are keen on dog rescue and all sales directly benefit a rescue dog somewhere. There are 9 sizes of coat. To find which size you need for your dog measure the length from the base of its neck (the shoulder) to the base of its tail in inches. Please note the 24 inch and 26 inch coats are made in two collar sizes so you may need to measure that as well, (see below for details). They can either be used flat as a mat (they can be anchored at the corners in a dog crate with the sewn in cords - see top of page) or tied at the corners to make a boat shaped bed. At present there are two sizes, cat beds are to be introduced shortly but Misty has decided that he can't wait for that so is using a large dog bed instead!
