Maybe you could consider becoming a Trustee of MADCAP    

The Board of Trust meet approximately every six weeks, making policy decisions and giving support to the Madcap staff. It is an unpaid position, but a vital one in the running of the project. Trustees are voted on to the board at the Madcap AGM, but may be co-opted at Trustee meetings during the year.
