Safety
Marshals will be located at a number of points along the route to ensure competitors and spectator safety.
Therefore, please listen to their instructions.
Refreshment will be provided at the end, although it is advisable that all competitors drink sufficient water prior to the run.
First Aid will be provided (by Red Cross) if necessary and in the event of this being required then the nearest marshal should be contacted.

| 6.40 Fun runners assemble at Race HQ tent |
| 6.50 Start of 1 mile fun run |
| 7.00 Start of 2.5k race |
| 7.20 Start of 1st 5k race for men (excluding older and slower ones) |
| 7.35 Start of 2nd 5k race for women plus men aged 60 or more and men expecting |
| to take longer than 25 minutes. |
| Presentations to prize winners will take place at Race HQ as soon after each race as possible. |
Car Parking
Car parking will be available St. George field car park, which is adjacent to the finish. Since last year the Council has introduced evening parking charges so please note that you will have to pay to park. We do not advise that you try to park somewhere else as there is very little free parking in the vicinity.

Toilets
Public Toilets are available at the car park, but there are no changing facilities.

Prizes
A small prize will be given to all finishers.
