This talk looks at life and politics in what is now North Cumbria from just before the Roman arrival sometime after 70AD, until the 5th Century. It looks at the lasting influence left on the area by the Romans. I use a Powerpoint presentation to illustrate historical maps and show some of the Roman features still visible today.
This talk lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour and can be tailored to your requirements.
