29/07/00 - Duke Mudem
Well its been weeks since I put up
any new stuff on this site let alone the Duke TC Pages. I've been a bit busy.
The MUD2Duke TC is now being officially hosted by dukeworld. Ive decided to
sort the enemies and the weapons before I post anything for download. I'm
creating all new enemies (check the page!) although only some are based on mo's
in the land. The news page there will have all the latest.
Many people still
think the TC will be just duke running around with a pistol etc, well just to
let you know that Ive just finished hacking the code so that the pistol is now
the longsword (just doing the sprites now)!
I've already had a great
response, I just hope it comes up to peoples expectations MUD2Duke

Currently
working on the second part of thorins tale for muddled times. Its a continuation
of the story I wrote for the duke conversion!
As I know you all like
reading the crypt stories I've just completed another entitled
'Panicking in a fight'.
I hope you like it. And before I forget can you make sure you put out the brand
when finished in the
crypt, as it is costing
me a fortune in ignite spells
If anyone wants me to write a particular
story then let me know!

Im
currently thinking about changing the site. I was going to make the site more of
a resource center for mud and similar topics, plus lots of links and downloads
ie clients, midi, pictures etc etc. So if you know of any good sites worth
looking at then please email me and I'll start to collate the info together.
This way I can leave all the news, reports player id's to the people who do it
