RF Electronics exclusively represents the skills and services offered by myself, Dave Hewitt. I am an experienced electrical and electronic design engineer, with over 24 years experience in a wide range of industries, designing and building a wide range of electrical and electronic equipment.

I am now self employed, working from home in the village of Ardross in the north of Scotland.

I now offer a full range of electrical and electronic services to residents of Ross-Shire, Inverness and parts of Sutherland. Because I have such a broad experience, I can offer just about any electrical or electronic service relating to domestic or light industrial property. Often this means I can do all the electrical work of for instance a new build house, including television aerials, alarm systems, home automation etc, meaning you only have to employ one tradesman.

A unique part of the service that I offer, is I can provide full documentation of all wiring installed in a property. This makes it easier to upgrade or maintain the electrical instalation at a later date. This is something that most electricians will not offer you.

Also many of the design and programming skills that I offer can also be undertaken by "teleworking" without having to necessarily meet clients face to face, so I can also undertake design work for clients outwith the north of Scotland.
