I am a qualified electronics engineer with over 24 years industry experience designing and building industrial control systems and other electronic circuits for a wide range of machinery and other applications. I am able to offer the following:

• Analogue and Digital Electronic circuit design and simulation (ORCAD, PSPICE, Microsim and RS Wire/Promis-e)
• Motion control systems (servo, stepper, AC/DC, linear motors, motor sizing and simulation)
• PLC programming (Siemens S5 and S7)
• PC control (interfacing and programming)
• Embeded Microcontroller systems (Siemens '167, Interfacing and embedded C programming)
• Safety circuit design (Machinery directive, extensive experience of interlocks and safety relays)
• Pneumatic design (Cylinders, valves, sensors and actuators) Field busses (ASI and Devicenet).
