Booking Conditions
In the following conditions "We" represents "ReSouled" and "You" represents the party making the booking.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read these conditions and agree to be bound by them:
1. All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £100.00. This deposit is non-refundable unless the band are unable to play for your event for any reason. In this case, you will be refunded in full;
2. If your deposit is not received within 7 days of the preliminary booking, the date will be released by the band;
3. The following cancellation clauses will apply: -
a......Cancellation by you upto 3 months prior to the engagement = Loss of deposit;
b......Cancellation by you less than 3 months but more than 28 days of engagement = 50% of remaining balance due to ReSouled;
c......Cancellation by you within 28 days of the engagement = Full balance due to ReSouled;
4. Full payment is due 28 days prior to your engagement. We reserve the right to cancel the engagement if full payment is not received. This will not effect our entitlement to pursue the balance outstanding which will remain a debt due and owning to ReSouled.
5. We would advise you to take out seperate cancellation insurance cover in the unlikely event that your engagement had to be cancelled for any reason. You should ensure that any such policy includes our cancellation charges as indicated above;
6. If we are unable to fufill our commitment for any reason and at any time, we will refund you in full and this will be the limit of our liability to you.
