Some tips for reducing the Hum level.
The following information was provided by a long term
Hum sufferer to lower the Hum level and reduce its effects.
These foods may increase the suffering.
- Anything that contains iodine such as salt, sea food and other foods containing
iodine.
This will push the thyroid gland and disturb the body.
- Eating lots of dark chocolate.
- People with Hashimoto Thyreoiditis must be extra careful
- It may be that the Hum damages the thyroid especially if a weakness is
present.
- Hum sufferers should see a doctor to make sure the thyroid is
working OK
- Heart palpitations cause weakness of the heart, I found
hawthorn/Whitethorn tea very helpful.
I use a mild sedative, valerian/hops to
find sleep more easy and go to bed early.
- A hammock type bed may be helpful.I found that in my sun chair the vibrations do not affect me like in
my bed.
- Try a detox program . Base/acid balance.
Reduce the general
histamine level in the blood, a flooding of histamines is what causes sea
nausea.
- Try a base Detox foot bath in the evening
