LYNWOOD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - FEES

As members of ASLA (Association of Salisbury Letting Agents) we, as a company, are committed to using the full services of Letsure. Prior to Lynwood Property Management acting as an Agent for the landlord an initial fee will be charged to cover the drawing up of a Tenancy Agreement, the first premium for Legal Fee Protection Insurance and finding and vetting tenants.

  1. FULL MANAGEMENT
    Full management as laid down in a Legal Agreement between agent and owner.
     
  2. INVENTORY
    The compilation of a comprehensive inventory.
     
  3. CARE & MAWMNANCE
    A care and maintenance service should the property be empty.
     
  4. EXTRA TO MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
    Services outside the Management Contract based on time spent - not a percentage of finance involved.
     
  5. NEW TENANTS
    Advertising, interviewing and follow-up references to finding a new tenant, should the first vacate before the return of the landlord.
     
  6. SALE OF THE HOUSE
    Selling the property if required to do so by the absentee landlord.
     
  7. STAMP DUTY
    Sending the Tenancy Agreement to be officially stamped by the Stamp Office to legalise the document (where the total rental income for the term of the Agreement is in excess of £5000.00).
