There have been alot of changes since 2001.
Hinosi and CNL are the two biggest corporations in the city. Hinosi are the people who supply food to the millions in the city. We live on cooked sand and sometimes we get weeds, but they are very dear. Farmers in the city supply food, but it is only meat and is always contaminated.
CNL are the computer and electronic kings. They supply everything to do with electricity, and they control every European country. There are only towns left in Europe, and all of them are under the power of CNL.
There are loads of gangs and criminals in the city. The biggest criminal corporation is the Mafia, which is still around. They employ alot of people, and are experts in smuggling and importing.
Another criminal group is Oak. They specialise in hacking and stealth. Their leader is a man called Sergio Malter. He is a great hacker, and is planning to hack into CNL.
In the city, there is a subway called NewYork Rail. Here, high speed trains can be got, and the Oak sign up office can be found.
Transport is the same as 2001. Yellow cabs are everywhere, and sometimes a green limo with a black roof can be seen. These are thought to be Mafia cars, but no-one is sure.
The Harbour is a very dangerous area. The Mafia work around here, and import illegal goods from collegues in Europe. These people in Europe are known as Stems. Stems are people who don't follow the CNL rule. They smuggle items onto ships for the Mafia.
The police force is not very good. It is the same as 2001, and they don't have the same technology as people in Oak and The Mafia. Sometimes a SWAT team is seen, and there is usually a cop car around the area, but these gangs are experts. They don't get caught, and when they do, they usually bust free.
