If you have a good quality SCANNED PHOTO or an IMAGE FROM A DIGITAL CAMERA please fill in the following form and select Send. Then e-mail me your image file. Alternatively just e-mail me the image but PLEASE include the date required and any special requests. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

If you want to send a TRADITIONAL PHOTO by regular mail, please fill in the form and select Send, or email me initially explaining your requirements. I'll then get back to you as soon as I can.
