Exorcist II The Heretic follows on 4 years after the first movie ended, where Regan, her mother and Sharon have moved from Georgetown, Washington DC and Regan is now haunted by dreams of her odeal.
Somehow the evil in her dreams has something to do with locusts??!!?
Anyway, Father Lamont has been asked by the Catholic Chirch to investigate Father Merrins' death.
And he approaches her psychiatrist Dr Gene Tuskin to help and Regan happens to ask why the priest was visiting her. When the Priest has left, Dr Tuskin tells Regan that the way into Regans mind/dreams is by this wonderful machine that Dr Tuskin produces! It involves synchronised hypnosis.
Father Lamont does see some of what he is looking for, some superb effects here!
After lots of investigating??! and so forth in Africa they all return to the house in Prospect Street, Georgetown to rid the demon once and for all! Regan sees herself here:
Right at the end Dr Tuskin is standing looking at the collapsed house on Prospect Street and the sychronoser is still flashing! Can someone please explain this movie to me?!!!!?????
