'Jack the Ripper' is one of the most well-known serial killers ever. Not only is he (or she) subject to suspicions and theories in the United Kingdom, but also in America and world-wide.
As to who Jack the Ripper is, nobody knows for certain. Although there have been numerous, believable and some quite humorous suspects, the chances are we will never know who 'dunnit'. And that is perhaps the reason Jack's legacy will last for many more years.
