Important information for all BBL & EB National League Statisticians and Clubs. STATSMAN has produced a set of Guidelines and Rules for the production of Game Stats. This provides direction for Statisticians and explains how Teams should provide information if a Statistician is not present at a game. The Resource Centre includes the latest FIBA Statistical Interpretations (PDF file) - these are manadatory and may require existing Statisticians to alter their current understanding. To read the PDF it maybe necessary to download the Adobe Reader - click on the icon to link to the Adobe web site and follow the easy instructions. The Centre also includes a Message to Clubs and Statisticians explaining what is required of them and useful information to improve the presentation of their work, and completed examples of Statistics Summary Sheets and a blank EXCEL spreadsheet template (with instructions) which can be downloaded and used by anyone.

For the past 29 years the people behind STATSMAN have compiled the definitive records for all aspects of UK basketball From September of each season the STATSMAN web site provides regularly updated game stats, and information from games played in the Basketball League, BBL Trophy, and National Basketball League. In addition the STATSMAN Archives provide detailed records for UK basketball, and the STATSMAN organisation can provide a wide range of statistical services for Clubs, competition organisers, the Press and TV.
