TYRER

This is an unusual Surname.
It is particullarly rare in the West Midlands UK, that is in the Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich localities.

I have family references from 1852 (definate) and 1825 (probably) in Birmingham and later in West Bromwich. There is also a member deceased in Wayne County, Detroit, MI, USA but with no luck in tracing present links.

If you have any others then please email me. I know that TYRER is common in Lancashire but there are no obvious links to my data, although Liverpool has been mentioned.
TYRER is mentioned in North Worcestershire and South Staffs (Dudley) as early as 1600s, but again no obvious connection to my search.
