John’s Methodist Church is situated on Victoria Road in Horwich and was opened in
1974. It is the amalgamation of three former churches in the town: Victoria, Brunswick and
Fall Birch. Its membership covers a wide cross-section of the community and spans the age
ranges. Refreshments are served after the service each Sunday so we can get to know each
other better. We hope you will join us one Sunday for worship and assure
you of a friendly welcome! On 1 September 2008 St John’s Methodist Church and
Horwich Moor formed a close partnership as together the two churches became Horwich
Methodist Mission.
