Hi, I am Barry Carter, I live in Essex, in the United Kingdom, about 20Km's from the Capital City of London.

I love Honda GoldWing motorcycles and ride a Blue 2001 GL1500SE 25th Anniversary Edition with Capital Wings, a region of the GoldWing Owners Club of Great Britain.

I have previously owned a 1998 Candy Red GL1500SE and a 1995 GL1200LTD and It was Capital Wings that gave me the nickname "Bolt On Barry", this originated at my first Treffen in Belgium in 1996, having only been on site about an hour I had purchased some chrome and lights and was busy fitting them, to the joy of everyone who said that I could not wait to "Bolt it all on"

I am 52 years old and have two children, Paul Age 26 and Nicola aged 20.
My companion Val and I are away most weekends and really enjoy touring on the Wing. The Wingers are a lovely crowd of caring people and are good fun to be with.

Above are photos of me and Val on my Candy Red 1500 and of my two children. Nicola is by my machine outside my home. Paul is on his Wakeboard, on Loch Earn in Scotland. These pictures were taken in the summer of 1996.
