1.1. Members who enter competitions must abide by the rules. Any disputes should be reported to the Club Competitions Secretary whose judgement is final.

1.2. All finals to be played on the Club Finals date with the following exception:- Members are not expected to play in more than 3 finals on any one day. Should any members reach more than 3 finals alternative dates should be arranged in collaboration with the Club Competitions Secretary.

1.3. Trophies will only be presented where two or more players (or teams) have entered by the entries closing time and where a final has been played. Payment will be refunded should competitions not take place.

1.4. All Club cups must be cleaned and return to the Club Secretary at least ONE MONTH before the annual presentation date, otherwise a nominal fine will be imposed..

1.5. The Club Competitions Secretary will decide on the use of substitutes.

1.6. Members are reminded that in the spirit of good sportsmanship and for the enjoyment of fellow bowlers, that if you enter a competition you must appear at the stated starting time on the day. The Club Competitions Secretary reserve the right to report such absences to the Committee who will decide on what action to take.

1.7. The Club Competitions Secretary is The Committee.

The rules and format of the competitions will be displayed on the main notice board in the Pavilion.
