In order for these pages
to succeed we require to expand the list of items and contacts on it.
If you are in to classic
cars, or any cars, then probably, like me, you have amassed a pile of bits and
pieces that might just come in handy at some point in time. As we all know this
pile of parts "too good to throw out" just grows and grows.
Well here's your chance
to pass these on to somebody who might even need them and make a bit of money
as well. (Not to mention keeping this wife/kids happy giving them a bit more
space in the shed/garage/loft etc)
In order
to get your parts onto this web site we require a list of them E mailed to us,
however your list does require to be in a format we can import into the existing
list.
You
can set up a new database using the instruction below.
We
can E-mail this template to you. To get the template E-mailed to you send
us an E-mail with the word template in the subject line
Or
you can download and save this template now by clicking HERE(this is an Access database .mdb extension, it will only work with Access)
Having
got your template do not alter any of the text size/font settings, do not alter
column widths and do not delete/add any columns. When entering price only using
numbers in this column
Alternatively
follow these instructions to set up your own template-

Database with your parts
should be sent to us as an attachment to your E-mail. These should be sent to:-
You should describe your
parts as per the information given on our "how it works" page. Provide
as much information as possible on the item but be honest in your descriptions
regarding condition.
Prices of goods does not
normally include carriage. However if you customer cannot collect then you will
obviously have to send his goods too him. I tend to use the Post Office for
this as there is one on every corner (well used to be!) and they are open on
Saturday mornings which helps thos who work Mon-Fri (tough if you work Sat as
well!)
Post
Office web site has costs for sending items both in UK and abroad so just
weight your item, add a bit for the packing materials, and let your customer
know the total cost.
