Cliff White is a member of Edinburgh Road Club and spends any time left after cycling and drinking coffee teaching Computing part time. In a previous life he trained as a shipwright then taught mathematics but, finding that too difficult, retrained in Outdoor Education which he taught until an offer too good to refuse tempted him into a life of enforced idleness. He is also a Mountain Bike Tutor and runs courses for prospective cycling leaders. His idea for the BikeBox came after an unsuccessful attempt to buy a robust, lightweight bike box priced at under £100. |
