Please register your interest in any field trip as soon as possible. Trips with insufficent advance interest may be cancelled. We advise members to confirm field trips at least one week in advance.
We are affiliated to the Geologists' Association, therefore we can attend any of their field trips. Details are in the G.A. Circular which is avaliable at all W.S.G.S. meetings. Contact Brenda Humphreys. Click here to find her address.
Saturday afternoon, 19 October 2002. The planetarium, Science Centre, Chichester. Dr John Green will give two talks and there will be an entrance fee of £5. Bring along family and friends as it will be an interesting afternoon. Time to be arranged.
The Society's insurance cover is for THIRD PARTY ONLY. You must arrange your own personal accident insurance. You may be required to wear helmets and high visibility tabards in quarries. This is always advised. Goggles should be warn when hammering and suitabe footwear to be worn at all times.
