The trial version I downloaded won't unzip properly
First check that the file downloaded successfully. To do this, right click on the file you downloaded and examine its properties. Compare the file size with the size quoted here.
If that's OK, try opening the file from within WinZip. Extract all the files to a new folder and double-click setup.exe. |

I am a registered user of AccuRoute but my PC crashed and I need to re-install it. What do I do?
If this has happened, you will need to download a fresh file from here. Even if you have kept a copy of the file you downloaded originally, since updates are free, you might as well use this as an opportunity to grab the latest version. Install the trial version as normal and after the trial has expired, enter your original password. We keep records of all passwords released, so contact us if you have mislaid yours. |
