Environmental Profile

Crown Lodge Blackpool is a homely environment that has been created to serve the needs of men with mental disorders who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. Age range is between 18 and 65.

Crown Lodge offers very high standards of accommodation and as an independent hospital, it is able to offer high levels of supervision for men with enduring mental health needs. There is an emphasis on promoting skills for leading an ordinary life within a programme of planned therapy and rehabilitation.

The Senior Clinical and Management team have been appointed for their nationally recognized expertise in the development of mental health services.

Crown Lodge is placed within the local community in a pleasant residential area only a short distance from the amenities of all areas of the town. The thriving fishing community of Fleetwood is also nearby and the road network to the Lake District is easily accessible.
