All rides are led by an experienced member of the club and have a "back marker" to assist if anyone has a problem.

Edgware:
Our Sunday rides are steady paced all-day rides of 50+ miles with a break for elevenses, lunch at a pub and often a tea stop too. They leave either at 0900 from Bushey Heath, 0915 from Croxley Green or 0915 from Edgwarebury Lane. See our Runs List (pdf) for details.
We hold a Clubroom at 8.30 pm on the 2nd Thursday every month at Glebe Hall, Glebe Rd, Stanmore (GR TQ 171 923) for a social evening.

Uxbridge Loiterers :
With over 60 members, Uxbridge Loiterers is one of the largest cycling clubs in West London. Our aim is to enjoy cycling in the Thames Valley and Chiltern Hills with pleasant company, good food and drink.

We have rides every Wednesday and Sunday starting at 10.00 am from the Market Square in front of Uxbridge Underground Station. Occasionally times may vary. Most people complete the whole ride, others join or leave at tea breaks or lunch. We also have occasional social evenings and join with West Middlesex members at their Club Nights.

West Middlesex :
The West Middx Section caters for regular cyclists who like to socialise when out for a ride. If you cycle five miles or more each day, or go for a ten mile spin a couple of times a week, you will be fit enough to ride with us. We don't take our cycling too seriously and explore the meandering lanes which abound in the Chilterns, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Surrey.
We have a ride most Sundays, meeting at Uxbridge or Ruislip Underground station (start time depends upon season - check on our website) returning home about 5pm or dusk whichever is the earlier. Most rides stop at a cafe for morning coffee and lunch is usually in a pub or cafe. Depending on weather and mood of the riders we may stop for tea.
On one Sunday of most months we have a Newcomers' Introductory Ride. On these rides we have a "buddy arrangement" when one of our established riders will ride home with you if you find the ride is becoming to long.
Our clubroom is open every 3rd Friday in the month, September through to April. The clubroom is at the Friends Meeting House, York Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1QW (opposite Sainsbury's) just a few minutes walk from Uxbridge underground and bus station. Come along and find out more about us.
