At St. Marks roundabout, follow WAIN-A-LONG Road or BOURNE AVENUE to mini roundabout, turn left under railway arch, turn right into MANOR FARM Road, turn 1st left into MILFORD MILL Road, go over hump back river bridge into QUEEN MANOR Road, turn 1st left into RIVERBOURNE Road, turn immediately right into St. John's Close. High Bank is at the top of the Close.

At College roundabout, follow A36 (Southampton Road) past TESCO roundabout, take the 1st turning left into PETERS FINGER Road at the next junction turn right into QUEEN MANOR Road, turn 1st left into RIVERBOURNE Road, turn immediately right into St. John's Close. High Bank is at the top of the Close.
