This workshop has two modules. The
first module addresses the areas listed above. Each participant
then returns to their workplace to practise a delegation activity.
The
second module is used to analyze how the delegation activity
progressed and what needs to be done next to improve and extend the
skills of the participant.

Workshop
outcomes:
At the end of the workshop
participants will be able to: describe the importance of delegation; use the
guidelines for effective delegation; produce an individual delegation plan;
implement the plan in the workplace; describe how to improve the plan having
reflected on its implementation.
