Course
outcomes:
At the end of the course
the participants will have a far greater understanding of themselves, their
development needs and management principles. An additional benefit of
this course is the team building element produced through a group of
managers working together. All the management topics covered are practiced
by the participants to develop skills that can be transferred directly back
to the work place. This course is not just about theory, but how it
can be put to work.
Duration:
Five
Days.
