Workshop
outcomes:
The purpose of this
workshop is to provide participants with tried and tested project planning
and control techniques, suitable for small and medium sized projects. By the
end of the workshop the participants will be able to: describe the
dimensions of project objectives; develop a project work breakdown
structure; generate a project staffing matrix; estimate a project’s costs;
schedule a project; define the nature of project control.
