Who

Workshop
content:
Each
participant will gain an understanding of how to produce their own programme
for quality improvement. They will complete a first draft analysis and notes
about how to improve the quality of a product or service within their span
of control. After completing the workshop they will be able to:

the need for quality throughout their organization.

Describe the affect of competition on organizational success. |

List
the factors that a customer expects from a Total Quality organization. |

Describe
the seven key elements of Total Quality in an organization: Strategy;
Style; Shared Values; Skills; Staff; Structure; Systems.

Use
the Six Steps to Quality to:

Define their products and services. |
|
Identify customers and their critical requirements. |
|
Determine their own needs to do their job. |
|
Measure the quality of their products or services. |
|
Define the process for doing their job. |
|
Improve that process so it produces fewer mistakes and contains no waste
activity. |
