Workshop content:

A look at the reality of working in British organizations today.
Why are we interested in having Team Members who are motivated?
What motivates and de-motivates people?
How people feel when they are motivated and de-motivated.
How the ‘Energy Bucket’ can affect people's performance.

The Human Relations Approach.
Murray, Maslow, Herzberg, McGregor, McClelland, Pareek, Adam.
Expectancy, Equity and Goal Theories.
The specific factors that affect motivation at work.
