Phase One: Plan - Set the stage;
purpose; mission; core values; communication.

Phase Two: Analyze - Team management
responsibilities; work responsibilities and cross training; having the
right attitude to succeed; policies and procedures that need to be
changed.

Phase Three: Design - Team management
and administration responsibilities; work flow; how the team will
interact; detailed flow chart of major tasks.

 |
Phase Four: Implement - An action plan
for initial projects; performing tasks and responsibilities on
schedule; contingency plans to meet problems.

Phase Five: Evaluate - Gaining feedback
from each other; internal and external customers; and internal
suppliers; celebrate success.

By attending these workshops
participants will gain a solid foundation for planning and organizing the
transition to Self Managed Teams. They will have learned the issues to
expect, and how to deal with them, during the transition to becoming a Self
